FBI SUED
Sandy Nemser, a 28-year-old Denver attorney and homemaker, wants to be J. Edgar Hoover's first (really?!) female agent -- but Hoover won't accept her application. Mrs. Nemser, who has struggled to join the FBI for three years has decided to "hit them in the courts where we can win. Her sex discrimination suit will be a first for the FBI.
