Damon J. Keith, Federal District Judge in Detroit, has been unanimously chosen to receive the Judicial award presented annually by the National Bar Association.

"The award to Judge Keith is in recognition of his brilliant and courageous decisions in the Plamondon wiretapping case and the Pontiac school desegregation case, both of which have been upheld on appeal", said Judge George Crockett Jr., who along with NBA president Judge Edward Bell, made the presentation.

Keith's decision on the wiretap in the CIA Conspiracy trial was upheld by the apellate court but Nixon and Mitchell, being extremely unhappy that they can't play "BIG BROTHER", have taken the case to the U. S. Supreme Court, where it has not been ruled on at this time.
