Down Goes the Weathervane: Ann Arbor Fireman Cornelius C. Hartman, jr., descends the department's aerial ladder with an old weathervane removed from the top of the tower at fire headquarters. In its place firemen this afternoon installed an antenna for the department's new fire radio system now being tested.
